We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Director of Senior Years to join our Senior Management team and play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and pastoral care experience for students in Years 10-12 at Fraser Coast Anglican College.
As the Director of Senior Years, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive school culture, leading initiatives that support students’ social and emotional growth, and working collaboratively with staff, parents, and students to ensure the highest standards of care and academic achievement. You will be responsible for a small teaching load, dependent on the College timetable and reflective of the administrative and pastoral responsibilities of the role.
The Director of Senior Years is a full-time promotional position with a tenure of 5 years underpinned by a permanent teaching position.
